Good afternoon. I wanted to send a note to you about your business. My dog Gunnar passed away in October of 2017. He wasn't just any dog, He was my best friend. We were inseparable throughout his lifetime, and especially so, after his accident. He was hit by a vehicle in 2014 and his injuries left him a paraplegic. He required a wheelchair to be mobile once again. Together, we raised awareness that there were options out there for pets with a disability. He was named a Gofundme Hero in April of 2017, was nominated for the American Humane Hero dog awards, was featured on the Today show, and had numerous articles written on him about his adventures, and his Foundation, Gunnar's wheels, a loaner program of wheelchairs for disabled pets around the world. When Gunnar passed, I knew I wanted him cremated, so he could still be in our home, where he was safe, and could still be around our family in spirit. I was reached out by your staff shortly after his death. It seems your staff did quite a bit of research on Gunnar and even created a calendar in which the proceeds would fund a few carts for needy dogs. What I am trying to say is, This is not just a business to them. This is a company that truly cares about your pet and will handle their remains with the utmost care and dignity. The professionalism that they showed during my time of mourning was greatly appreciated. I would have never trusted anyone else with Gunnar's aftercare. Thank you for what you do for everyone that has ever loved their pet. Rest in peace Bud, I will take it from here.
